Mawuli Ababio
Chairman / Director
Mawuli Ababio is a seasoned African investment and finance leader with over 35 years of experience in project finance, venture capital and private equity. He has worked with leading global institutions including SIFIDA (BNP Paribas), the African Development Bank (AfDB) and CDC/British International Investment, where he managed CDC’s first Ghana SME Venture Fund. Mawuli has also served as Managing Director of the Africa Venture Capital Association, contributing to the growth of Africa’s investment ecosystem.

Sena Ababio is an experienced business development executive with a strong background in operations management, strategy execution and corporate growth. With professional experience across Ghana and West Africa, Sena has led product development, market expansion, importation and distribution projects, particularly within the beverages and FMCG sectors.

Head of operations
Aleanele Kwaku Sackey joined Nexus Alliance Company Limited in 2023 as Operations Manager, bringing a diverse and accomplished Canadian background in operational leadership, business development, and client-focused service delivery. From day one, his strong performance, strategic mindset, and ability to cultivate trust with clients and industry partners positioned him as a key driver of the company’s operational success.

Chief Finance & Strategy Advisor
Robert Barnes is a seasoned finance executive with over 21 years of leadership experience across banking, corporate finance and institutional financial services. His expertise spans energy, oil & gas, conglomerates and SME development. He previously led Corporate and SME Banking at GT Bank Ghana and co-founded POINTRADE, supporting financial innovation in emerging markets.
